These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile applications published by Undivided Media Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our expense and budget management apps and other utilities available on Google Play (each, an “App,” and together, the “Apps”). By downloading, installing, or using any App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Apps. By using an App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. License to Use the Apps
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. We retain all rights not expressly granted to you.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Apps for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Apps;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps, except where permitted by law;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Apps, our servers, or related systems;
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code; or
- Use the Apps in a way that infringes the rights of others or violates any applicable law or regulation.
4. Your Content and Data
Some Apps let you create, enter, and store your own content — such as financial records, entries, notes, and categories. You retain ownership of the content you create. You are solely responsible for that content and for maintaining your own backups where important.

5. Accounts
Some Apps offer optional accounts for features such as syncing or sharing. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
6. Advertising and Third-Party Services
Some Apps are supported by advertising and may use third-party services (such as advertising, analytics, and platform providers). Your interactions with advertisers and any third-party services are solely between you and those third parties, and are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.
7. Intellectual Property
The Apps, including their design, software, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding content you create), are owned by or licensed to Undivided Media Inc and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our Apps may help you record and organize information, but they do not provide professional financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your records and for any decisions you make based on them. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Undivided Media Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Apps — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months before the claim, or CAD $50.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Undivided Media Inc from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Apps, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue an App. You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
12. Changes to the Apps and These Terms
We may modify, update, or discontinue any App or feature at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Apps after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
